 of trust that we build with the families we serve.

Were we able to balance our deliveries to make sure all of our patients received the equipment they needed, when they needed it, and in the most cost-effective manner? Did we ask the proper questions of our hospice partners to ensure the order gets done right the first time?

Did we arrive on time? Were we dressed and groomed as professionally as possible to inspire confidence  in the families we serve?  Did we drive up to the patients’ home in a vehicle that is clean and organized? 
Did we park safely?

Did we take the necessary time to make sure every inch of our equipment was cleaned and sanitized perfectly? Was the safety check done thoroughly in the warehouse to make sure everything works properly?

Did we set up the equipment with care? Did we patiently explain to the worried family how to use the 
equipment properly?  Did we ease the concern of the family by re-assuring the loved ones that we would 
be here  for them 24 hours a day, 7 days a week?

Did we do all that we could? Did we show compassion and understanding? Did we realize there are no short cuts? Did we put in the effort to make sure everything was done perfectly?
